Happy Homes Remodeling, LLC (“Happy Homes Remodeling,” “we,” “us”) operates happyhomeslasvegas.com (the “Site”). When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or street address, and details and photos of your project. We collect only what you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring site, to deliver the Site, keep it secure and measure basic traffic. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Cookies
The Site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting and security providers may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from abuse. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and prepare your estimate.
- To schedule, perform and follow up on work you hire us for, including permits and inspections.
- To communicate with you by phone, text or email about your project.

Text messages
If you text us or ask us to text you, we will use your number only to communicate about your request or project. We do not send marketing texts without your consent. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from us.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do your job or run our business:
- With suppliers, fabricators and licensed trade partners working on your project.
- With building departments and inspectors when a permit is required (permit records are often public).
- With service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, email and phone providers, under obligations to protect it.
- When required by law, subpoena or to protect our rights, property or safety.
Nevada residents: sale opt-out
We do not sell covered information as defined in NRS 603A.333. Nevada residents may still submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 60 days.
Reviewing and correcting your information
You may ask us to review, correct or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing [email protected] or calling 725.229.4157. We may keep records we are required to keep by law or for active projects.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal record-keeping obligations.
Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, such as the Nevada State Contractors Board. Their privacy practices are their own.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Do Not Track
The Site does not track you across third-party websites, so it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
